The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.I-677/18 registered at Mumbra Police Station, Thane on 08/12/2018 u/s 354, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 8 and 12 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. Today the Investigating Officer is not present and the learned APP Mr.J.P. Yagnik seeks time to take instructions from the Investigating Officer herself. However, he does not have full instructions. Therefore the learned APP seeks adjournment. 2. I have heard Ms.Bajwa for the Applicant. She submitted that the allegations in the FIR pertain to the alleged incident which had occurred in July-August 2013 and the FIR is lodged after five years. From the papers annexed to the application it appears that there is a long history behind lodging of this FIR. According to Ms.Bajwa, the FIR is lodged with a malafide intention and the first informant is being used as a pawn to seek revenge against the Applicant. Considering these submissions and considering that the learned APP is seeking time, I am inclined to grant interim protection to the Applicant till the next date. ORDER
1. During the pendency and final disposal of the present Application, till next date, in the event of her arrest in connection with the C.R.No.I-677/18::: Uploaded on – 21/05/2019 ::: Downloaded on – 22/05/2019 03:14:46 ::: 3/3 904-ABA-1140-19.odt registered with Mumbra Police Stanton, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

2. The interim order shall operate till 14/06/2019.
3. Stand over to 14/06/2019.
