. Heard Shri. Satpute learned Counsel for the petitioner andlearned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents for sometime.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has pointed out thatby a letter issued yesterday i.e. on 30.12.2018, the petitioner has beenasked to furnish the permission granted by the Pune university forholding the function within the campus of the said university. Thelearned Additional Government Advocate points out that as per theletter dated 28.12.2018, the university has refused the permission tohold a programme on 31.12.2018. Shri. Satpute, learned Counsel forthe petitioner states that he will seek instructions from the petitioner onShubham Page 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on – 31/12/2018 ::: Downloaded on – 31/12/2018 22:44:26 ::: Cri. WP5903-2018.docthe said letter and then respond appropriately. He therefore seeks time.The learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that Mr. ChandraShekhar Azad, the President of Bhim Army All India, has been detainedwithout authority.

3. The learned Additional Government Advocate also submitsthat the respondent shall file an appropriate reply/report in the matter bythe next date. The Additional Government Advocate on instructionsfrom Dr. Pritee P. Tipare, ACP, Lashkar, Pune City states that atpresent Mr. Chandra Shekhar Azad the President of Bhim Army AllIndia, is not detained under house arrest. In such circumstances, byconsent of parties, stand over to 4.01.2019.
